CM Punk shocked the pro wrestling world last night during WWE RAW in Houston, Texas, delivering yet another of his insane and historic pipebombs.

The World Heavyweight Champion aimed impactful messages at major names such as The Rock, Roman Reigns, and Pat McAfee, and also mentioned TKO by name, exclaiming that WWE’s parent company should lower ticket prices for WrestleMania 42.

As we previously reported on Wrestling Notícias, Punk went completely off script during the promo, something that has apparently already started causing complications for WWE.

Several fans pointed out a major inconsistency on WWE’s X account. The video of Punk’s pipebomb segment is clearly edited, with the portion where the champion talks about TKO and WrestleMania 42 ticket prices completely removed.

A note from a fan on X highlighting this omission by WWE is currently trending, stating the following:

“Readers added context. WWE’s official clip is edited and cuts off the end of CM Punk’s promo, when he calls out TKO, WWE’s parent company, to lower ticket prices and says he should take that request to his agent, Ari Emanuel.”

This is the second time in less than four days that the name of TKO CEO Ari Emanuel has been on the lips of WWE fans in a negative way. Right after last Friday’s WWE SmackDown, the CEO was heavily criticized following a leak suggesting he was responsible for Pat McAfee’s return and his involvement in the rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton.
