Becky Lynch
2-Time RAW Women’s Champion Has Officially Retired From WWE In-Ring Competition According To Liv Morgan
Morgan discusses her victory over Lynch and suggests she ended The Man’s career, while backstage sources indicate a potential WWE return.

Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan believes her victories over Becky Lynch led to the former champion’s departure from WWE. Morgan defeated Lynch at King and Queen of the Ring to capture the title, then successfully defended it in a Steel Cage rematch.
During a recent Billboard interview, Morgan reflected on her impact:
I did! Did I not?! Have you seen Becky Lynch since I made her lose the title and gave her a rematch the next night and made her lose again? Have you seen her since then?
Lynch’s last WWE appearance came after losing the Steel Cage match, where Dominik Mysterio’s interference proved decisive. Her journey to that point began with a victory in the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match in Perth, leading to an unsuccessful challenge against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania XL.
When Ripley relinquished the title due to injury, Lynch captured the vacant Women’s World Championship in a 14-woman Battle Royal on RAW. Her reign ended at the hands of Morgan, who had openly declared her intention to defeat The Man.
Analyst suggests Lynch could return amid division growth
Backstage analyst Sam Roberts, speaking on the Notsam Wrestling podcast, addressed speculation about Lynch’s future:
“Think about how much bigger this division is going to get in very short order, right? Already, hypothetically, to come back at some point, you got Becky Lynch, who is out right now but has never said she’s retired from wrestling. Now look, maybe she is, but realistically, I think there’s a good chance that she’ll be back in WWE sooner rather than later.”
Sources indicate both Lynch and WWE remain open to future collaboration. Meanwhile, Morgan continues to highlight her role in Lynch’s departure, potentially setting the stage for their rivalry to resume.
