WWE legend John Cena has officially announced that he will compete in his last Royal Rumble Match next year in Indianapolis. One of the former rivals of The Cenation Leader recently shared his reaction to the massive news.

R-Truth is a 54-time WWE 24/7 Champion, a two-time United States Champion, a two-time Hardcore Champion, and a two-time World Tag Team Champion. The two veterans had a memorable rivalry back in 2011. It involved a series of entertaining matches and comedic segments.

However, over the past few years, John Cena and R-Truth have buried their on-screen feud to the point where the latter jokingly refers to the 16-time World Champion as his “childhood hero,” despite being older than him.

In a video shared by WWE on X (Twitter), The Franchise Player declared that he would participate in his final Royal Rumble Match on February 1, 2025, at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Responding to John Cena’s announcement, R-Truth shared a GIF of excited minions.
