Former WWE Divas Champion open to Royal Rumble comeback after five-year hiatus
Kaitlyn has expressed interest in making a WWE return at Royal Rumble. The former Divas Champion shared her thoughts during a recent interview with The A2theK Wrestling Show.
Having joined WWE in 2010, Kaitlyn captured the Divas Championship during her four-year run. She departed in 2014, returning to the rings in 2018 for independent appearances and the Mae Young Classic. Her final WWE appearance occurred during RAW Reunion in 2019.
When asked about a potential Royal Rumble appearance, Kaitlyn stated: “It depends. I’m always down to do something cool, you know. If it’s like cool and fun and like makes sense, I’m always down for that.”
Becky Lynch’s WWE return planned amid Netflix deal
Reports indicate Becky Lynch’s WWE comeback is imminent. WRKD Wrestling reports “a deal has been nearly finalized for some time now.”
Lynch departed WWE in 2024 after capturing the Women’s World Championship from Liv Morgan, who later reclaimed the title.
Morgan currently leads Monday Night RAW’s women’s division, claiming to have “retired” Lynch. With Royal Rumble 2025 approaching and RAW’s move to Netflix, speculation grows about Lynch’s return leading to a championship bout.
