After WWE SmackDown ended, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes continued brawling in the arena’s corridors and had to be separated.
Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes were involved in an intense altercation following the conclusion of this Friday’s (10th) WWE SmackDown. During the main event Tag Team Match featuring Cody Rhodes and Jimmy Uso against Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga, Owens made an appearance and distracted Rhodes, setting off a chain of events.
The two began a brawl while Jimmy Uso was overpowered by the New Bloodline. WWE SmackDown ended with Rhodes and Owens crashing through tables, but the action didn’t stop there. The Undisputed WWE Champion got up after the show ended, and fan footage shows that they continued fighting all the way to the concession area.

A video posted on X (formerly Twitter) shows Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes being separated by WWE officials during the commotion after SmackDown. The former NXT Champion was restrained and left the area, grabbing a cotton candy on his way out.
Rhodes and Owens will face off in a Ladder Match at the Royal Rumble on February 1st. Rhodes is the favorite to retain the Undisputed WWE Championship, but Owens could surprise everyone and capture the company’s top title.
