AEW has added a high-profile bout to next week’s Dynamite. The announcement came during AEW Collision when Hikaru Shida interrupted Kris Statlander’s promo about her TBS Championship Match against Mercedes Moné at AEW Full Gear.
Shida expressed support for Statlander against Moné, stating she hoped “someone beat Moné’s bony ass.” She then requested to be first in line for a title opportunity if Statlander wins. Statlander responded by proposing an immediate bout for Wednesday, which Shida accepted.
The November 20 Dynamite card includes Orange Cassidy vs Wheeler Yuta, Darby Allin vs Claudio Castagnoli, and an Eight-Man Tag Team Match featuring Will Ospreay’s team against Konosuke Takeshita’s squad.
