AEW Breaks Major Record with All In: Texas

With its landmark All In: Texas event just days away, AEW is already hitting historic business milestones. In a recent interview, AEW President Tony Khan confirmed the show has generated a live gate of over $2.5 million, positioning it to become the company’s most successful event ever held in North America.

The show, scheduled for Saturday, July 12, at Globe Life Field in Arlington, is on track to surpass the $3 million mark in ticket sales. This achievement marks the first time an AEW event in the United States has crossed that threshold.

“It’s already one of the biggest gates in AEW history. We’ve sold over $2.5 million dollars in tickets. It’s going to be over $3 million dollars in tickets for the first time ever in the US. We’ve never even done over two million before in the US. So, we’re hitting a bunch of cool milestones with this as a business.”

The financial success accompanies what is projected to be the largest-attended non-WWE pay-per-view in the history of North America. The event represents a series of firsts for the promotion, including its debut in a Major League Baseball stadium and its first afternoon pay-per-view, which will stream live on Amazon Prime Video.

Headlining the historic card is a Texas Death Match for the AEW World Championship, where champion Jon Moxley will defend against “Hangman” Adam Page. The show will also feature a highly anticipated AEW Women’s World Championship match between reigning champion Toni Storm and Mercedes Moné.

A major unification bout is also scheduled, as AEW International Champion Kenny Omega faces Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada. In a match with significant career implications, The Young Bucks will face Swerve Strickland and Will Ospreay; if The Young Bucks lose, they will be stripped of their Executive Vice President titles.

Adding to the night’s unpredictability are persistent reports that Darby Allin is expected to make his return to the company. The former TNT Champion has been absent for much of 2025 during an attempt to climb Mount Everest. Speculation also points to a possible cameo from wrestling legend Sting, who is scheduled for autograph signings at the Starrcast fan convention during All In week.
