Rhea Ripley defeated Becky Lynch at WrestleMania XL to retain the Women’s World Championship. However, The Eradicator suffered an injury shortly after the bout and had to relinquish the title. Lynch won a Battle Royal to capture the title and was champion until she was dethroned by Liv Morgan at WWE King and Queen of the Ring earlier this year.

Major WWE star reveals when he knew he would marry Becky Lynch

WWE RAW star Seth Rollins recently shared when he knew he would ask Becky Lynch to marry him.

Rollins is currently involved in a rivalry with Bronson Reed on the red brand. The Visionary defeated Reed at Crown Jewel and will be squaring off against the former NXT North American Champion once again next Monday night on RAW. Speaking on The Pivot Podcast, the former World Heavyweight Champion revealed that he knew right away that he would marry Lynch:

“As soon as sparks started flying, I knew right away. We started dating in January, and I was picking out a ring in March, you know what I mean? Like, I was ready to rock. We were engaged that summer, and I was like, ‘Oh yeah, this is it.’ It made too much sense at that point. I’m like, ‘This is it, done and dusted. Easy breezy.’ “And then we had our baby in 2020—full COVID baby,” Rollins said. [H/T: Ringside News]

Lynch’s contract with the company reportedly expired earlier this year. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the 37-year-old in the world of professional wrestling.
