Braun Strowman returned to WWE television on SmackDown, making a surprise appearance to aid LA Knight during a confrontation with Jacob Fatu and The New Bloodline.
The incident occurred during Fatu’s in-ring promo segment following Solo Sikoa’s earlier appearance. When LA Knight entered the ring to confront Fatu, he found himself outnumbered until Strowman arrived to assist him.

Strowman’s return follows a period of absence due to health complications. WWE incorporated his real-life medical situation into their storyline, attributing his time away to an attack by The Bloodline. Prior to this appearance, Strowman’s last in-ring performance was at a SmackDown live event in late December.
Strowman shared details of his health struggles on Instagram, revealing that he experienced significant weight loss of over 30 pounds within a week due to his illness at the start of 2025.
