Brock Lesnar’s wife Sable spoke to female WWE star about divorce, she reveals
Brock Lesnar’s wife, Sable, was a big name in the wrestling business. The star spoke to a female WWE Superstar about divorce and gave her some advice.
Sable divorced her ex-husband, Marc Mero, in 2004 and married Brock Lesnar in 2006. The couple has two sons now, but former WWE star Hiroko Suzuki has revealed that Sable spoke to her about divorcing if needed and gave her advice.
In an interview on Ring the Belle, Hiroko Suzuki talks about the difference between Japan and the USA in terms of culture and how Sable spoke to her about divorcing and standing up for herself when she was with Brock Lesnar.
“She’s so beautiful. I had a lot of conversations with her. Maybe at the time, she was with Brock Lesnar… In Japan, it’s very hard for women to survive as a single mother. It’s a hard situation in Japan. That’s why we are very afraid to divorce. But she said, ‘Hiroko, you need to be more strong. If you wanna divorce, you should divorce. If you wanna change the job, you should do that.’ […] ‘Don’t consider about your age,’ she said. you do whatever. I was very impressed at the time. But I didn’t want to divorce (laughs) but she said so. American women are very free” Suzuki said. (18:36 – 19:34)
Much like Brock Lesnar’s wife, Sable, Hiroko also spoke about what John Cena was like backstage in WWE
Hiroko also talked about John Cena and how he had treated her in the company. John Cena is a star who has done everything there is to do in the company.
The star had to kiss Hiroko once, and she spoke about her interactions with him.
“I don’t remember much, because long time ago. John is very nice. He’s so nice. At that time, John was [getting] popular more and more and more. I think he is very inside, not so rough. He is very polite. He always thinks about wrestling in backstage, but he always talks so slowly to me, ‘Okay, you understand? You understand?’ He’s so nice.” (20:06 – 20:30)
Suzuki has now become a politician. Meanwhile, Cena is set to retire at the end of the next year.
