Champion Shuns Involvement in Bloodline Civil War
Another Bloodline Civil War is set to take place at WWE Survivor Series. However, one top champion has already stated that he wants nothing to do with it.
LA Knight’s growth in WWE has been nothing short of meteoric. After he feuded with Bray Wyatt, he became one of the most popular stars on the roster. During this time, he was involved in a brief angle with Roman Reigns.
The two men locked horns in a televised match at WWE Crown Jewel 2023 for the first time. They competed against each other again in a Fatal Four-Way match at Royal Rumble 2024. Knight is one of many people who have had problems with the Roman Reigns and his faction.
Hence, with the current Bloodline Civil War going on, both teams are looking for a fifth member for their WarGames match. Tonight on SmackDown, Sami Zayn was shown speaking to LA Knight backstage, but the latter’s response didn’t look positive.
Following this, Knight went to the ring for his United States Championship open challenge. He got on the mic and confirmed that Sami Zayn asked him to join the Bloodline Civil War, but that was not his fight. He also said that he was fine if both groups destroyed each other.
It looks like LA Knight’s mind is made up, and Sami needs to keep looking for a fifth member before time runs out.
