Charlotte Flair captured the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble Match, making history as the first woman to win the annual competition twice. Flair, who entered at number 27 wearing a knee brace following her year-long absence, last eliminated Roxanne Perez to secure the victory.

The match opened with IYO SKY and Liv Morgan. During the contest, Jordynne Grace made her WWE debut, while Alexa Bliss marked her return to in-ring competition. WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus delivered her signature Stratusfaction during her appearance in the match.

Nikki Bella entered at number 30, competing for the first time since the 2022 Royal Rumble. Nia Jax dominated a portion of the match by eliminating six competitors simultaneously before Flair eliminated her.
