At last year’s Royal Rumble, McIntyre caused an injury to Punk, sparking a rivalry that culminated in a Hell in a Cell Match at Bad Blood, which Punk won.

Prinze Jr. detailed his prediction for the match:

There’s no way Drew McIntyre wins the Royal Rumble, not with CM Punk participating. I think Punk might try to use the same move on Drew, which could result in a Future Shock DDT or Pedigree, crushing him and then throwing him out of the ring.
