CM Punk promises to collect favor from Paul Heyman following Roman Reigns alliance
CM Punk and Roman Reigns engage in dialogue on WWE SmackDown regarding their WarGames partnership at Survivor Series, with Paul Heyman at the center of attention.
WWE featured a confrontation between Roman Reigns and CM Punk during the November 29 episode of SmackDown. Alongside Paul Heyman, Reigns was about to leave when Punk arrived. Punk stated his presence was for Heyman, while Reigns made it clear he didn’t need his help.
Punk reiterated his motivation. Reigns expressed satisfaction for both of them but voiced his displeasure with Punk’s attitude and demeanor. “I definitely don’t want to partner with you at WarGames,” Reigns declared.
Heyman warned Reigns that Solo Sikoa has kept them in check since WrestleMania, indicating a critical situation. Addressing Punk, Heyman cautioned about potential consequences. “If Solo ends the Bloodline, you’re next. All five will come after you because Solo knows you’re a threat. Divided, we all fall to Solo. United, at best, we survive.”
Punk acknowledged his antipathy toward Reigns but emphasized his desire for revenge against Solo and the Bloodline for their actions against Paul Heyman. “If we survive WarGames and you want to revisit this conversation, just the two of us, I’m willing to listen.”
“One time,” said Reigns. “One time. One favor,” Punk responded, clarifying that Reigns wouldn’t owe him anything, but “My friend. Our Wiseman. Will owe me a favor.”
After Punk’s departure, Reigns questioned Heyman about the favor. “Tribal Chief, let’s get through WarGames. Then we’ll have all the time in the world to discuss it,” Heyman replied.
