CM Punk says it’s scary being face of WWE Raw on Netflix
CM Punk shared his thoughts about being prominently featured in WWE RAW’s Netflix promotional materials during a conversation with Peter Rosenberg. The Second City Savior acknowledged the significance of his role in marketing the streaming platform transition.
“I stay ready, apparently. I’m front and center on a lot of the signage I’ve seen. It’s kinda daunting,” Punk said. He added, “It feels good to a point, but I’m the kinda guy who likes to live kinda private, incognito, but they’re just putting me on blast. I get it, I’m here, that’s why I’m here. I’m here to help Netflix, and Netflix is here to help us.”
The streaming deal, valued at over $5 billion across 10 years, makes Netflix the exclusive streaming home for RAW in several regions starting January 2025.
The show will maintain its three-hour format and feature uncensored content.
