WWE legend Trish Stratus made a major announcement ahead of tonight’s episode of RAW. This week’s show will air live from Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
Trish Stratus took to social media today to make a massive announcement. She revealed that she will be inducted into the Richmond Hill Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2025. The former champion also included a link for fans to attend the event at the end of the month, which you can check out in her post below.
“What a way to start the year! Excited to share that on Jan 30, I will be inducted into the Richmond Hill Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2025, right here in my hometown 🥹,” she wrote.
Stratus served as the host of WWE Money in the Bank 2024 in Toronto, Canada. The 49-year-old has not competed in a match since Becky Lynch defeated her in a Steel Cage match at Payback 2023. Zoey Stark also betrayed the legend after the bout and hit her with a Z360.
Bill Apter predicts that Trish Stratus will have another match in WWE
Legendary wrestling journalist Bill Apter believes that Trish Stratus will ultimately make her return to the company to have a retirement match.
Speaking on Sportskeeda’s The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, Apter noted that Stratus still travels the world for conventions and looked phenomenal. The veteran predicted that she would return to the company once again down the line.
“Trish has been appearing at conventions all over the world. She has got that; she has never really lost that fire, and I think she wants to finish that story with one more match against one of the top ladies in WWE. It’s going to happen because, have you seen her social media? She looks incredible.” [From 11:03 onwards]

Trish Stratus recently teased that she had unfinished business with WWE star Zoey Stark. The 30-year-old is currently a member of Pure Fusion Collective on RAW. It will be interesting to see if Stratus decides to return to the promotion for a retirement match in the future.
