Randy Orton rumored for championship match interference
Randy Orton might resurface during the Undisputed WWE Championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, potentially targeting Cody Rhodes with the long-banned Punt Kick. Orton has been absent since November 8, when Kevin Owens sidelined him with a piledriver on SmackDown.
WWE previously announced Orton suffered cervical cord neurapraxia but provided no timeline for his return. Reports suggest The Viper could bypass revenge against Owens to focus on Rhodes, possibly reviving the Punt Kick finisher WWE prohibited in 2012.
