Jey Uso expressed interest in becoming the face of WWE RAW on Netflix during a conversation with Peter Rosenberg at ComplexCon. The 11-time champion welcomed the opportunity ahead of the red brand’s historic move to the streaming platform on January 6, 2025, at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
“I’ll take it; I’ll take it all Uce. Give it to me, I earned it,” Uso told Rosenberg during the Cheap Heat podcast interview.
The premiere edition of WWE RAW on Netflix will feature appearances from Cody Rhodes, John Cena, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns. Uso, who holds 10 Tag Team Titles and one Intercontinental Title, is also scheduled to appear at the landmark show.
Bronson Reed challenges WWE’s Netflix announcement with powerful statement
Following WWE’s announcement of RAW’s Netflix premiere, Bronson Reed responded to the company’s “new era” marketing. Reed, who recently aligned with Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline on WWE SmackDown, issued a direct message:
“I AM THE NEW ERA.”
Wrestling journalist Bill Apter revealed during a Backstage Pass Q&A that Reed’s partnership with Sikoa’s faction extends beyond Survivor Series: WarGames 2024. The announcement of RAW’s streaming debut, which highlighted Roman Reigns, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, and Bianca Belair, sets up potential confrontations between the rival Bloodline factions.
