Cedric Alexander recently addressed the possibility of joining forces with MVP and Shelton Benjamin in AEW, potentially reforming a version of their past alliance. Speaking on the “Knockouts and 3 Counts” podcast, Alexander revealed his reaction to seeing his former associates appear in AEW.
He admitted that their move prompted him to reconsider his last WWE contract.

Alexander also commented on MJF’s current storyline involvement with MVP and the group in AEW. He expressed a degree of skepticism regarding MJF’s alignment with them.
Then I realized that MJF is trying to make his way in there. I was like, ‘Alright, well — let it play out. Let it play out. I’m sure they’ll get tired of his shenanigans because he’s MJF. Of course, he’s gonna screw everything up. You know how he works. He’s gonna get the big head, like he always does — MVP trusts him for a little bit so I’m like, alright, cool, whatever — I don’t trust him. You know why? Because he has a scarf.
While an official reunion for Cedric Alexander with The Hurt Syndicate in AEW has not been confirmed, his statements indicate an interest in the prospect.
