Jeff Hardy
Former WWE United States Champion Discusses Possible Return to WWE After 4 Years
TNA World Tag Team Champion Matt Hardy shares insights about his wrestling future and relationship with WWE during a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet.

Matt Hardy addressed speculation about his future in professional wrestling during his appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet. The TNA World Tag Team Champion emphasized his present-focused approach to his career.
I just think I’m just gonna ride the spiral ’til it ends. I try not to think too far ahead. I try not to overwhelm myself. I’m more of a day-by-day person.
Hardy noted the evolving relationship between TNA and WWE, referencing Masha Slamovich’s recent NXT appearance. He revealed that he and his brother Jeff recently filmed content for WWE, similar to the Dudley Boyz.
We filmed some content for WWE that’ll probably be dropping pretty soon. I think you could see us pop up even as TNA champs on some WWE show at some point.
The 50-year-old veteran also touched on living in the moment, particularly following the unexpected losses of Jay Briscoe and Bray Wyatt.
Jeff Hardy Contemplates Renewed CM Punk Rivalry
While Matt considers future WWE appearances, his brother Jeff reflected on potentially revisiting a classic rivalry. During a separate conversation with Chris Van Vliet, Jeff Hardy discussed the possibility of rekindling his memorable feud with CM Punk.
And yeah, the reality is, it could happen, man. Our feud—man, I still get so many compliments on that. People who are adults now come up to me, like, ‘Oh man, you and Punk, that feud was amazing.’
The original Hardy-Punk rivalry centered around the World Heavyweight Championship in 2009, leading to Jeff’s departure from WWE. Hardy suggested a fresh take on their dynamic, proposing to portray an antagonistic character in any potential future encounters.
