"I'm tired" - Sheamus reveals he will never ask WWE for this again

Sheamus has addressed the ongoing requests for the return of his iconic entrance theme ‘Written In My Face’, revealing his multiple attempts to bring back the fan-favorite song have been unsuccessful.

The Celtic Warrior’s original entrance music gained significant popularity among fans, who created various meme versions of its lyrics, transforming “It’s a shame for the lost their head” into “It’s a shameful thing, lobster head” and “Too many lies” into “Too many limes.”

Despite briefly reintroducing the theme during his April 2024 return, it was replaced by July. Sheamus discussed the situation during his appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet:

Maybe 2010. People are very creative on the internet, very creative. I do miss that song, though. A lot of people were upset. I brought it back, but I wasn’t allowed to keep it.

The former WWE Champion expressed his frustration with the situation, suggesting he’s exhausted his efforts to restore the theme:

I don’t know. Do you want to ask? You go ask. I’m tired of asking. I’m all out of asking.
