WWE Legend Sends Message to Mike Tyson After Logan Paul Defeat

Rikishi sent a message to Mike Tyson after he lost to Jake Paul via unanimous decision in their eight-round boxing match. This was Tyson’s first professional bout since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005.

Heading into the fight against Tyson, Paul had defeated former UFC fighter Mike Perry. He also holds victories over Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley, among former UFC fighters.

Despite Tyson failing to beat Paul, Rikishi showed respect and gratitude towards the 58-year-old. He also reacted to one of Tyson’s clips that went quickly viral on social media.

“Baddest Man on the Planet Uce Mike Tyson,” wrote Rikishi.

In 1998, at WrestleMania XIV, Tyson was the ringside enforcer to the show’s main event between Shawn Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin. After referee Mike Chioda took a bump, he jumped in the ring and made the three-count, crowning Austin the new WWF Champion.

In 2012, Tyson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Logan Paul warned Mike Tyson after he slapped Jake Paul during their weigh-in

Mike Tyson and Jake Paul had a heated exchange after the former decided to slap his opponent at the weigh-in.

Tyson’s actions caught Logan Paul’s attention. On Twitter/X, the former WWE United States Champion warned Iron Mike and claimed his brother Jake would be crowned the new face of boxing.

“My brother got slapped by Mike Tyson, f**king iconic… but a grave error. This fight just became personal for Jake. Tomorrow’s outcome will be utter devastation for Mike; the new face of boxing will be crowned tomorrow @jakepaul,” Logan wrote.

Logan has been absent from WWE since losing the United States Championship to LA Knight at the SummerSlam premium live event. He has teased returning to the company and has discussed the possibility of a feud with Bloodline member Jacob Fatu.
