Josh Alexander Takes Important Step Towards His Future in Pro-Wrestling

Josh Alexander enters free agency following his final appearance on TNA programming tonight. Ahead of this transition, PWInsider Elite reports Alexander has secured representation from agent Barry Bloom for his upcoming contract negotiations.

Bloom maintains a distinguished client roster, including AEW stars Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, and Will Ospreay. His portfolio also includes WWE Hall of Famers Bill Goldberg, Jesse Ventura, Kevin Nash, and Scott Hall.

The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion is expected to entertain offers from both AEW and WWE. Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s Dave Meltzer previously suggested WWE as a potential destination, citing TNA’s chosen method of writing Alexander off television as an indicator.

Alexander’s previous free agency period in February 2022 concluded with his return to TNA one month later. His subsequent run established him as the promotion’s top star, including the longest TNA World Championship reign in company history.
