Judgment Day Dethrones New Day to Capture World Tag Team Championship

A new era has dawned in WWE’s tag team division, as Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day have captured the World Tag Team Championship. The duo defeated Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day in the main event of the June 30th edition of WWE RAW.

The decisive moment came at the conclusion of a back-and-forth contest. After Xavier Woods neutralized McDonagh with a moonsault, Bálor capitalized on the opening, delivering his signature Coup de Grâce to Woods to secure the pinfall victory and the titles for his faction.

The loss ends the championship reign for The New Day, which began when they triumphed over The War Raiders at WrestleMania 41.

For Bálor and McDonagh, the victory marks a significant milestone, bringing the World Tag Team Championship into the fold of The Judgment Day.
