Liv Morgan can do whatever she wants in WarGames match except one sole thing, according to Raquel Rodriguez’s instructions
Liv Morgan is set to compete in a WarGames match for the first time in her WWE career tonight at Survivor Series. Her Judgment Day teammate Raquel Rodriguez revealed that she had instructed the Women’s World Champion to avoid making one specific mistake inside the cage.
The 30-year-old and Rodriguez will team up with Candice LeRae, Ms. Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton, and the WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, to square off against Bayley, Naomi, Iyo Sky, Bianca Belair, and Rhea Ripley in the Women’s WarGames match. Speaking to WrestleRant Radio, the newest addition to The Judgment Day disclosed that she had a talk with Liv Morgan, in which she promised to protect her inside the cage no matter what.
However, the 33-year-old advised the Women’s World Champion to avoid getting caught:
“The biggest thing I’ve kinda told her and kinda coached her on was, you know, Liv, you’re a lot smaller than the rest of us. You’re feisty, chiquita, she’s feisty but she’s little. But I think the biggest tip I could give for her was to not get caught,” she said.
Rodriguez explained that she does not want her partner to get trapped in a corner or put into a trash can:
“You know what I mean? We don’t need her getting caught by someone and then, you know, I don’t know how it could happen but they trap her in a corner somewhere or they try to put her in a trash can because I’m sure she’ll fit into one of those. I put Dakota in one of those not too long ago. So, you know, my biggest thing for her is like there’s five of us, there’s five of them, I’m gonna keep protecting you no matter what, but I just need you to not get caught.” [6:54 – 7:30]
Liv Morgan supported Raquel Rodriguez during her absence from WWE
Raquel Rodriguez was absent for several months from WWE television as she struggled with health issues before returning at Bad Blood. In her interview with WrestleRant Radio, the former Women’s Tag Team Champion disclosed that she thought she might never wrestle again.
Meanwhile, the Judgment Day member pointed out that Liv Morgan supported her during that difficult time in her life:
“So, I did have those thoughts (about not being able to return) running through my mind quite a bit, but I’m really, really grateful to my sister, Liv, who never stopped being there for me throughout any of the days. She messaged me, she checked up on me, even when she was dealing with her arm injury and having all the stress of her coming back and her wrestling Rhea and winning the Women’s World Title, it was a lot on her plate,” she said. It would be interesting to see if Liv Morgan would be able to follow Raquel Rodriguez’s instructions in the WarGames match and whether they could lead their team to victory.
