Major Crossover Match Announced for Next WWE NXT
Moose defends the TNA X-Division Championship against Lexis King on the February 24th edition of WWE NXT, marking a historic inter-promotional match.
Moose appeared on the February 18th edition of NXT and confronted NXT Champion Oba Femi. Following this exchange, Lexis King approached Moose backstage and referenced his victory over JDC from last Tuesday.
The conversation led to Moose offering King a TNA X-Division Championship match for the February 24th episode of NXT. King accepted the opportunity to compete in his hometown of Cincinnati.
WWE NXT has announced the following matches for next Tuesday:
- NXT Women’s North American Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Karmen Petrovic
- TNA X Division Championship: Moose (c) vs. Lexis King
- Hardy Boys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) vs. No Quarter Catch Crew (Tavion Heights & Myles Borne)
