Thekla made her AEW debut during the May 28 AEW Dynamite broadcast, directly confronting Jamie Hayter. This appearance followed several weeks of visual teases involving spider imagery.
The debut occurred when Thekla interrupted Hayter’s in-ring interview segment with an attack. After subduing Hayter, Thekla performed her signature spider pose.
Known as the ‘Toxic Spider’, Thekla previously competed in STARDOM. During her tenure there, she held titles as both an Artist of STARDOM Champion and a Goddesses of STARDOM Champion.
