Naomi Reveals If She Attacked Jade Cargill
During a tense SmackDown segment, Naomi confessed to attacking Jade Cargill, claiming she did it to protect Bianca Belair from someone riding her coattails.
Naomi admitted to attacking Jade Cargill during this week’s Friday Night SmackDown, bringing resolution to a mystery that began when Cargill returned at WWE Elimination Chamber seeking revenge.
The confrontation occurred when Bianca Belair directly questioned her tag team partner about her potential involvement in the attack. Belair demanded answers from Naomi regarding the situation with Cargill.
Naomi initially attempted to avoid addressing the allegations, suggesting Belair should focus on regaining the Women’s Tag Team Championship and her upcoming WrestleMania 41 match against Iyo Sky for the Women’s World Championship.

Belair pressed for a clear answer, seeing through Naomi’s attempts to change the subject. The direct questioning led Naomi to finally reveal the truth about her actions.
Naomi admitted not only to attacking Cargill but expressed that she wished she had done even more damage. She explained her actions as being motivated by a desire to protect Belair, claiming Cargill had been riding Belair’s coattails.
The confession caused an immediate shift in Belair’s allegiance. Belair stepped aside when Cargill appeared, allowing her former friend to confront Naomi for a second round of retaliation.
Cargill proceeded to attack Naomi, continuing the physical confrontation that began at Elimination Chamber when Cargill returned and sent Naomi out of the Rogers Centre on a stretcher.
