WWE Superstar Natalya has responded to Mark Henry’s heartfelt tweet following the passing of Sweet Daddy Siki. The wrestling legend passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 91.

Sweet Daddy Siki wrestled in several promotions back in the day, most notably Stampede Wrestling. He was a major draw in Canada in the 60s and the 70s. His death has left the wrestling world in mourning.

WWEHall of Famer Mark Henry penned an emotional message on X/Twitter as a tribute to the late wrestler. He called Siki “one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.” WWE Superstar Natalyanoticed the tweet and responded with a “Heart” emoji, as can be seen below:

Natalya on one of her biggest wins in WWE

At SummerSlam 2017, Neidhart won the SmackDown Women’s title by picking up a win over Naomi. She later sat down for an interview with Planeta Wrestling and had the following to say about her first title win in more than seven years:

“I felt like it would happen” she told them. “When we got the women’s championships, I felt like this is part of my destiny. I grew up in this huge, incredible wrestling family, but I’ve never ridden on my family’s coattails. I’ve always fought very hard to have everything that I have on my own, and I’d feel like it would be a huge injustice to myself, to Nattie, to not say that I was once a women’s champion. So for me to be [Smackdown] women’s champion now, it just feels like it’s destiny, that it was meant to be and it was part of my wrestling journey. I really feel like it’s been one of those important things that was a life lesson to me about not giving up and persevering.” (H/T Fightful)

Natalya is confident that she will win a title in WWE in 2025. In a recent tweet, she predicted that she would hold championship gold this year.
