Netflix suggests Roman Reigns and 52-year-old WWE legend to feud on RAW
Netflix unveiled its first 30-second promotional spot for WWE’s upcoming debut on the streaming platform, marking the beginning of their media campaign for RAW’s January 6, 2025, premiere from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.
The promotional video, featuring Mustard and Migos’ “Pure Water” as its soundtrack, showcases fan reactions alongside notable WWE personalities. The footage includes appearances by The Rock, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Tiffany Stratton, and Jade Cargill. NXT Champion Trick Williams also appears in the montage.

With Roman Reigns featured prominently in RAW promotional videos on Netflix, speculation is growing about a potential rivalry between the former Tribal Chief and The Rock, who also appears in the video.
The partnership between WWE and Netflix, announced earlier this year, represents a 10-year, $5 billion agreement. The deal brings RAW exclusively to Netflix in the United States, while international markets will receive all WWE content through the streaming service.
