OG Bloodline member to be removed from Survivor Series WarGames Match due to major injury? Potential last-minute change explored
We are hours away from Survivor Series 2024, which will be headlined by the Bloodline WarGames Match. Roman Reigns is set to lead his team into battle against Solo Sikoa’s savages.
The OTC has reunited with The Usos and Sami Zayn, while Paul Heyman brought CM Punk onside. However, while the teams seem to be locked for Survivor Series, one OG Bloodline member’s safety might be at risk. Things could change in the blink of an eye.
Kevin Owens turned heel because Cody Rhodes teamed with Roman Reigns at Bad Blood. He attacked The American Nightmare after the October premium live event, while clearly explaining why The Big Uce will always be his enemy. This obviously means the clock is ticking for his best friend, Sami Zayn.
The Honorary Uce re-joined The Bloodline ahead of Survivor Series. How would that make KO feel? This is an even bigger betrayal than Rhodes teaming up with Reigns for the first and last time. So, as a result, Kevin Owens could end up attacking Sami Zayn backstage at tonight’s event.
This would render him unable to compete in the WarGames Match, leaving the OG Bloodline down a member once again. That would set up a huge shocker as the fifth man like The Rock or Seth Rollins, only for them to turn heel.
How WWE can book the attack on Sami Zayn at Survivor Series?
This entire angle doesn’t need to play out at Survivor Series. In fact, Kevin Owens shouldn’t even be revealed as Sami Zayn’s attacker, if it indeed happens. The Honorary Uce can simply be laid out, much like Jade Cargill was on last week’s episode of SmackDown.
While it sets up a surprise for the end of the WarGames Match, the next few weeks of WWE television would be must-watch. Owens can reveal that he attacked Zayn following Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he could win the Undisputed WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes.
Sami Zayn could then return to WWE and go after Kevin Owens. He might even dethrone his former best friend, if The American Nightmare doesn’t regain his title.
