Popular star sends sarcastic message following WWE release
A former WWE star took to social media today to share a hilarious message after they were released by the company. The promotion is currently on the road to WWE Survivor Series 2024 on November 30 in Vancouver, Canada.
Pure Fusion Collective (Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Sonya Deville) battled Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai, IYO SKY, and Kairi Sane this past Monday night in a six-woman tag team match. It was Kai’s first match back since tearing her meniscus earlier this year, and Damage CTRL picked up the victory.
Shayna Baszler took to Instagram today to share several photos from the match and noted that she was doing “work.”
Tegan Nox shared a hilarious three-word reaction to Baszler’s message on Instagram. The veteran was released by the promotion ahead of Crown Jewel 2024.
“Must be nice 😂😂,” she wrote.
Indi Hartwell was also released from the company along with Tegan Nox. Baron Corbin’s time in WWE also came to an end earlier this month, as the promotion elected not to renew The Lone Wolf’s contract.
Tegan Nox sends message following her WWE release
Former WWE star Tegan Nox sent a message to fans following her departure from the company.
Nox has had two stints with the company during her career as a professional wrestler. She was initially released in 2021 but returned the following year on the December 2, 2022, episode of SmackDown. Nox has already been announced for an upcoming independent wrestling show after being released by the promotion for the second time.
The 29-year-old took to social media following her release and noted that some things were out of her control. She added that she was looking forward to showing people what they had missed after her departure from the company.
“Some things are just out of your control and you can only do as much as you can. Let’s clear one thing up though. I’m ready. Ive been ready. Just have to show people what they’ve missed.”
Tegan Nox never won a title during her time in the company. It will be fascinating to see what the future holds for the veteran in the world of professional wrestling.
