Popular WWE star hints at Royal Rumble appearance after John Cena's announcement: "Stay humble, ready to rumble" 

WWE star John Cena kicked off his farewell tour on Monday Night RAW this week. The legend showed up during the Netflix premiere of the red brand.

The Cenation Leader delivered an emotionally charged promo on RAW. He acknowledged that he had not won a singles match since 2018. However, he quickly shifted his focus and claimed it would take a miracle to win that elusive 17th World Championship. John Cena announced his participation in the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, stating he would work for the gold after winning the matchup.

Joe Tessitore, Wade Barrett, and Big E were joined by Jey Uso on the post-show panel this week on RAW. Jey mentioned that 2024 was a highlight for his singles career, but he was excited about what lay ahead in the new year. He even hinted at joining the Royal Rumble match after learning that John Cena had announced himself for the matchup earlier in the night.

“Hey, man, Royal Rumble. Stay humble, ready to rumble. That’s me, dawg. I’m ready, though. I’m about to shock the world. 2024 was cake. 2025, I’m ready. Come on, man,” Jey said.

With the Royal Rumble just a few weeks away, it will be interesting to see which other stars announce themselves for the high-profile matchup.
