Popular WWE star may cost Roman Reigns’ legacy

The inaugural episode of RAW on Netflix could mark a significant shift in The Bloodline saga as Sami Zayn potentially considers turning against Roman Reigns during the Ula Fala match against Solo Sikoa on January 6.

Recent events suggest mounting tension within the OG Bloodline. Zayn and Jey Uso have faced repeated attacks from Solo Sikoa’s faction, while Reigns remains notably absent since Survivor Series: WarGames. This distance has become particularly evident following recent assaults on both Zayn and Uso during RAW.

The relationship between Reigns and Zayn has been complex from the start. Zayn’s inclusion in the OG Bloodline came primarily through Jey Uso’s advocacy, with Reigns showing initial reluctance. A potential betrayal could lead to a role reversal in their rivalry, contrasting with their previous dynamic.

Wrestling veteran analyzes Netflix match implications

As the historic RAW Netflix debut approaches, wrestling veteran Jim Cornette has shared his analysis of the upcoming Ula Fala match.

Speaking on the Jim Cornette Experience podcast, he examined the creative implications of this pivotal encounter:

We got Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman going not only now for an Emmy but also potentially an award in cinematography… They’ve been fooling us for about three years now, so maybe Roman gets beat on this one, but maybe he gets beat in such a way… It would be hard to figure out a way to keep Solo scary if he just got beat at Survivor Series and now he gets beat on this widely watched special, because then, if you do the heat afterward, you’re just doing the same thing.
