Popular WWE Superstar praises her rivals Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton

WWE Superstar Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract to dethrone Nia Jax on the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown. A fellow blue brand performer, Michin, shared a social media update to praise both stars.

The Irresistible Force won the WWE Women’s Championship by defeating Bayley at SummerSlam. On the January 3 edition of SmackDown, she defended her title against Naomi. The two women put forth an impressive back-and-forth contest with a chaotic finish.

Toward the end, Tiffany Stratton came out to huge cheers from the crowd, teasing cashing in the Money in the Bank contract, only to hit Naomi with the briefcase and help Nia Jax retain her title. However, in a surprising turn of events, The Buff Barbie cleared the ring before cashing in her MITB contract to win her first championship on the main roster.

Earlier today, Michin took to her Instagram account to praise Nia and Tiffany despite her differences with the two stars. She complimented Jax for her memorable 153-day title reign. The former OC member further acknowledged the newly crowned champion.

“As much as I enjoyed beating up (and getting beaten up) by @linafanene [Nia Jax], I gotta give her her flowers for a memorable title reign. Special shoutout to the new champ @tiffanywwe [Tiffany Stratton]🙌🙌,” she wrote.

Former WWE writer shares his take on Tiffany Stratton cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Nia Jax

Wrestling veteran Vince Russo recently shared his honest opinion on the WWE Women’s Championship changing hands.

Speaking on the latest episode of BroDown on Backstage Pass, the former WWE head writer claimed he was glad the cash-in finally took place. Russo pointed out that he is a Tiffany Stratton fan. He praised the 25-year-old and referred to her title win as the highlight of the show.

“I’m glad they finally did it. I’m glad they put the belt on her. I am a fan of Tiffany Stratton. I do like her. She’s got personality. She’s got the IT factor. The way they did this was good. Yeah… we said we like the package with the Motor City Machine Guns. Oh, but this was definitely the highlight of the night for me.” [From 34:15 onwards]

Tiffany Stratton won the WWE Women’s Championship within one year of her main roster debut. However, Nia Jax will almost certainly look to reclaim the title she lost via MITB cash-in.
