Rhea Ripley captured the Women’s World Championship by defeating Liv Morgan on the debut episode of WWE RAW on Netflix. Immediately after the match, The Undertaker made a surprise appearance on his motorcycle to share a special moment with the new champion.
During the post-RAW press conference, Ripley commented on the unique experience:
I thought kicking Dom in the lower region would be the highlight. Then Taker showed up. It was a very special moment. I’ve been in the ring with people I grew up watching, the legends. As part of Judgment Day, I’ve stepped into the ring with people I never imagined.
I was part of Randy Orton’s return match, CM Punk’s comeback. Randy’s first promo here in WWE after being injured for so long. But now, after recapturing my Women’s Championship and having the Dead Man show up, hearing the ‘dong’ live, it was absolutely insane. It’s a moment I’ll never forget.
Roman Reigns has set his next WWE appearance after defeating Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat during the WWE RAW debut on Netflix.
Backstage, accompanied by Paul Heyman, Reigns announced that he will be present on January 27.
The date gains significance due to its proximity to the Royal Rumble, scheduled for February 1st, increasing speculation about possible developments for WrestleMania.
