These meetings carried particular significance given The Rock’s history with several of the superstars. His past rivalries include a notable feud with CM Punk in 2013 and the recent heated confrontations with Cody Rhodes leading to their tag team clash at WrestleMania XL. The event also saw The Undertaker delivering a chokeslam to The Rock during their latest encounter.
Beyond his appearance at the Netflix premiere, The Rock also showed up at NXT New Year’s Evil. His next scheduled WWE appearance remains unannounced.
