The Rock to make shocking return, major tension with Roman Reigns? – 4 last-minute predictions for the Men’s WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series
WWE’s final premium live event from Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown takes place tonight! The Sports Entertainment Juggernaut will host Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 live from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
There are five matches announced for the show. This includes two WarGames Matches and three bouts with championships on the line, including the World Heavyweight Title and the United States Title.
Perhaps the most highly anticipated match for Survivor Series is the Men’s WarGames Match. Roman Reigns’ OG Bloodline andCM Punkwill take on Solo Sikoa’s New Bloodline in what should be a war for the ages.
There are a lot of interesting variables heading into this match and this article will take a look at four predictions for what may go down. This includes a massive return, an incredible move that will shake the arena, and a heartbreaking outcome.
Below are four last-minute predictions for the Men’s WarGames Match at WWE Survivor Series.
#4. The New Bloodline will win at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames
The Survivor Series: WarGames premium live event has two absolutely stacked men’s teams. The OG Bloodline is represented by Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn, along with CM Punk. The New Bloodline is led by Solo Sikoa and he’s joined by Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Jacob Fatu, and Big Bronson Reed.
While both teams are certainly stacked with incredible WWE Superstars, the babyface side is ridiculous. Jey Uso, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Sami Zayn are all PLE main eventers. Even Jimmy Uso has dabbled at the top of the card despite not ever being a singles champion.
Despite that, The New Bloodline will likely win tonight at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames. There are too many elements within the babyface side that could prevent them from standing tall. The New Bloodline get along well and that will mean they win. Plus, they may have an ace up their sleeve.
#3. The Rock might return
The Rock is one of the biggest stars in pro wrestling and Hollywood history. He has held numerous World Titles in WWE and has more blockbuster movies to his credit than almost anyone. He is a massive success in almost every avenue he ventures into.
The ace up The New Bloodline’s sleeve could very well be The Rock. While The People’s Champion was united with Roman Reigns up until WrestleMania, The Rock was seen yelling at Reigns after he lost the title at the big WWE event.
If that wasn’t enough, Roman went on to team up with Cody Rhodes, which is the ultimate no-no for The Final Boss. As a result, he could very well show up and cost Roman Reigns and The OG Bloodline a win in Vancouver, officially aligning himself with The New Bloodline.
#2. Bronson Reed will hit a Tsunami off the top of the cage
Big Bronson Reed is one of the most devastating superstars in all of WWE. He has had an incredible 2024 and his rise up the card has been something to behold. Much of his success has come thanks to the Tsunami Splash.
Fans were shocked when the big man laid out Roman Reigns and others on WWE Friday Night SmackDown. it still isn’t totally clear if he’s simply a mercenary for The New Bloodline or part of the stable full-time, but regardless, he’s making a major difference.
In what would be the most shocking and devasting move in WarGames history, the star could climb to the top of the cage. If he does, he will almost certainly do a super-size Tsunami. This will shake the arena, and potentially break the ring, but it will also be the most memorable cage spot in recent history.
#1. CM Punk and Roman Reigns won’t get along
CM Punk joining The OG Bloodline at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 raised a lot of eyebrows. His inclusion, as SmackDown proved, wasn’t about being noble and wanting to help Roman, however.
Instead, Punk revealed he was doing it for Paul Heyman. He did so in what was a very tense segment pitting Roman and Punk face-to-face in a cinematic-style vignette. WWE fans loved it, but the segment proved that the two massive stars simply can’t get along.
Come Survivor Series: WarGames tonight, the two could implode. Instead of focusing on Solo Sikoa and The New Bloodline, they might come to blows with each other. This will then allow Jacob Fatu, Big Bronson Reed, and others to take advantage and ultimately win the Men’s WarGames Match.
