Allie Katch sustained a leg injury during her intergender match against Effy at The People vs GCW 2025. The injury occurred when Katch attempted a top rope suicida. Medical personnel attended to Katch, who was stretchered out of the arena, ending the match prematurely.
Steph De Lander established a GoFundMe campaign to assist with Katch’s surgery expenses. Chelsea Green addressed the situation on Twitter/X, offering support for the injured performer.
Being an Indy wrestler is so hard… Staying relevant & presenting yourself as a star while making money that doesn’t always support those goals. Injuries can be career ending when it comes to juggling your passion with real life expenses. If you’re blessed enough to be able to help Allie, the link is below 💜 I know I would’ve appreciated this more than anything

Green Discusses Triple H’s Impact on Women’s Division
During an appearance on The Sports Agents, Chelsea Green spoke about the evolution of women’s wrestling in WWE under Paul Levesque’s leadership.
I come to work, I love my job, I feel safe, I feel supported. Triple H makes women specifically feel absolutely equal to men. We are out there main eventing WrestleManias now, something that unfortunately that previous era didn’t get to experience but they set the table for us and now we’re sitting at it. We’re enjoying these amazing meals, and I couldn’t be happier.
Green acknowledged the contributions of past performers, including The Bella Twins, Lita, Mickie James, and Trish Stratus.
