Title Match Unfolds After WWE SmackDown Goes Off Air
A World Tag Team Championship Match transformed into a Six-Man Tag Team Match during the Dark Match after SmackDown this week. During the show, Naomi failed to capture the WWE Women’s Championship from Nia Jax following interference from Tiffany Stratton and Candice LeRae.
After the show ended, Judgment Day’s Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh defended the World Tag Team Championship against Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. The match was interrupted by Carlito, with Braun Strowman arriving to even the odds.
The Match then transformed into a Six-Man Tag Team Match, where Strowman helped Mysterio and Lee defeat The Judgment Day. The combination proved fantastic, raising questions about why we don’t see more of this partnership on TV. Strowman alongside the LWO high-flyers demonstrated great compatibility as a team, providing a significant advantage against their opponents.
Carlito was the target of the “619” and the “Running Powerslam,” taking the decisive pinfall. As for The Judgment Day, the stable still needs to actively defend their titles on Monday Night RAW – something that hasn’t been happening recently.
