TNA Officials Deny Tessa Blanchard Ahead of Genesis

Fightful Select reports TNA Wrestling officials disputed Tessa Blanchard’s claims regarding her contract status, confirming she signed a full-time deal with the company. The reports surfaced following Blanchard’s return at Final Resolution 2024.

TNA sources indicated Blanchard’s involvement in creative plans, including a scheduled match against Jordynne Grace at Genesis on January 19. Prior to her TNA return, Blanchard competed in Mexico, primarily with CMLL, where she captured the CMLL World Women’s Tag Team Championship with Lluvia in August 2024. She later vacated the titles before departing for TNA.

Sources indicate WWE’s interest factored into TNA’s decision to bring Blanchard back to the United States. The recently announced WWE-TNA partnership could create opportunities for potential crossover appearances.

Blanchard revealed her three-year hiatus from professional wrestling included removing herself from social media platforms due to messages affecting her family members.
