Triple H and Kevin Owens clash sparks no plans for in-ring return, reports indicate

Triple H confronted Kevin Owens at the entrance following Owens’ assault on Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The altercation occurred after Owens delivered a Package Piledriver to Rhodes during their Undisputed WWE Championship match, resulting in multiple injuries to The American Nightmare.

Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Dr. Chris Featherstone reports the physical confrontation serves only to enhance Owens’ heel persona as his feud with Rhodes continues.

“I was informed that Triple H’s physical involvement following Kevin Owens’s post-match attack on Cody Rhodes at #SNME is only to elevate Owens as a heel, and the Cody/Owens feud is slated to continue. A Triple H in-ring return is not in the plans at this time,” Featherstone stated.

The brief physical exchange between Triple H and Owens, which included Triple H pushing Owens, generated speculation about a potential return match. However, reports indicate no plans exist for Triple H to return to in-ring competition.

The storyline between Owens and Rhodes remains ongoing, with Triple H’s involvement potentially limited to this single confrontation.
