Backstage reaction to Penta’s debut
Reports indicate some backstage concerns emerged during Penta’s first appearance. His match and subsequent promo exceeded their allocated time, forcing adjustments to other segments during the San Jose broadcast.
WWE had teased Penta’s arrival by releasing merchandise ahead of his RAW debut. The luchador’s name has been simplified to “Penta” for his WWE run, dropping the “El Zero Miedo” moniker used in AEW.
