Triple H makes unexpected decision on WWE champion’s future

WWE reportedly plans neutral character direction for Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, amid speculation about potential OG Bloodline association.

According to WrestleVotes via Backstage Pass, WWE plans to maintain a neutral character direction for Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, balancing both heel and babyface elements.

The 27-year-old champion has predominantly worked as a heel throughout his WWE tenure. Breakker initially captured the Intercontinental Title from Sami Zayn at SummerSlam 2024, briefly lost it to Jey Uso, before reclaiming it on RAW.

His recent title defense against Sheamus on the November 11 edition of RAW ended in disqualification following Ludwig Kaiser’s interference.

Wrestling analyst Sam Roberts recently discussed Breakker’s potential involvement with The OG Bloodline on his Notsam Wrestling podcast.

“Don’t forget, when Jimmy Uso spoke to him on RAW, Bron Breakker had no immediate castaways,” Roberts noted. “Bron Breakker was at least listening to what Jimmy Uso was saying and it wasn’t that long ago that Paul Heyman was on NXT, scouting Bron Breakker.”
