[WATCH] 34-year-old WWE star trains in Natalya's dungeon ahead of huge title match on SmackDown

Natalya and her husband TJ Wilson, aka Tyson Kidd, run a dungeon in Florida where they train with experienced wrestlers. A new video posted by the Queen of Harts showed a 34-year-old WWE star training seriously ahead of his big title match on SmackDown. This is none other than Angelo Dawkins.

On the November 15 episode of SmackDown, there could be another change of guard as newcomers and WWE Tag Team Champions, The Motor City Machine Guns, take on The Street Profits. The latter duo hasn’t enjoyed tag team title success in quite a few years and is desperately looking to return to the top.

34-year-old Angelo Dawkins has been on a huge upward curve in terms of improvement, and footage posted by Natalya shows him training seriously ahead of the title match.

How does Natalya & Tyson Kidd’s dungeon operate?

What you might notice about the dungeon in the Twitter/X video is that it’s very bare-bones and seems to have nothing fancy per se. That’s because it’s meant to recreate the raw aesthetic of the original Hart Dungeon in Canada – the one she came through.

Natalya spoke to Chris Van Vliet on Insight and revealed how her dungeon differs from the WWE Performance Center or a traditional training school. She also revealed whether she intends to convert the dungeon into a proper school one day:

“We call it the dungeon, because it’s just basically the same ideologies of the things that we were taught by my grandfather and my uncles… So we’re not like a school and it’s funny because people always say like ‘What’s the difference with you guys and the PC?’ It’s like oh my gosh, the PC is an animal! I always say, we’re not really a school, we’re more of a workshop for advanced people. It’s an invite only, and I have to keep it like that, at least for right now. And never say, never. Maybe one day TJ and I will want to maybe open it up and make it like a school where people can, you know, sign up or pay us to train, but right now it’s like a workshop.”

In a separate interview with Fightful, the veteran stated how proud she was of the facility and revealed names she wants to see come and train – including legends like Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kazuchika Okada, current hot stars like Jordynne Grace and Rhea Ripley, and more.

She also revealed that Tyson Kidd (TJ Wilson) and she paid a lot to rent out the space. It isn’t done to make money.
