WWE fans are beyond upset that a major name has been reported to appear on the historic RAW premiere on Netflix. According to reports, Hulk Hogan will appear on the red brand this week.
Hulk Hogan is one of the most controversial figures in the history of pro wrestling and one of the most polarizing stars in the business. His career was marred by backstage politics, and his real-life issues made him one of the most hated men in the industry.
As per a new report by PWInsider, Hulk Hogan is all set to appear on the WWERAW premiere on Netflix on January 6. The report quickly went viral on Wrestling Twitter, and fans drove in to express their disappointment.
Check out some of the responses below:
Hulk Hogan has always had praise for WWE CCO Triple H
The Hulkster has always been a massive fan of Triple H, who currently manages the creative side of the promotion. Back in 2015, Hogan had high praise for The Game in an interview with USA Today:
“There’s a rumble there. Paul is doing a lot of stuff right. That next generation wasn’t there, so Hulk Hogan, ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage and Ultimate Warrior continued being stars into the ’90s where they should have been the next Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior or Macho Man. Kudos to Paul, because he’s the guy who’s grabbed the bull by the horns and made this possible for the legacy to keep on going.” [H/T USA Today]
Currently, there’s no update on what Hogan is scheduled to do on the historic show. Judging by the responses to the report, the fans want nothing but to see him being attacked by one of the current stars in the middle of the ring.
