WWE Denies Rumor About WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas

WrestleVotes reported WWE planned a major press event in New Orleans on February 8, 2025, during Super Bowl weekend, leading to speculation about WrestleMania 42’s location.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported WWE representatives denied these claims. During Fightful’s Q&A, Sapp stated:

WWE reps immediately denied this. So again, I relayed this to WrestleVotes, and they were adamant that their sources are saying as much, but WWE is denying it. Now, WWE could be lying, but that’s why I am telling you guys right now.

WWE held a similar press event in Las Vegas last year, announcing the city as WrestleMania 41’s host location. Super Bowl 59 takes place in New Orleans during the reported weekend.

WrestleMania in Las Vegas May Not Feature The Rock

The Rock appeared at WWE NXT New Year’s Evil and addressed his recent interaction with Cody Rhodes on RAW. During his promo, The Rock stated:

Last year, when I was face to face with Rhodes, everyone asked me to be nice to him. Now that I’ve finally praised him, they’re complaining that we shouldn’t be friends.

The Rock praised Rhodes on RAW’s Netflix debut and later acknowledged Roman Reigns after his Tribal Combat victory against Solo Sikoa, presenting him with the Ula Fala.
