Former WWE head writer Vince Russo criticized the recent RAW segment involving Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax. On Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW, Russo addressed the predictability of the narrative.
Jax defeated Bayley in a match after delivering the “Annihilator.” Subsequently, a confrontation between Jax and Ripley led to a WWE Women’s World Championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Russo expressed his opinion about the storyline development:
It’s so ridiculous. Nia Jax attacks Rhea Ripley to set up the match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. We know they’re not taking the title off Rhea Ripley. This is way too predictable. There’s nothing to this show.
