Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell highlighted Jacob Fatu’s intimidating presence and character work during a recent post-SmackDown review.
Fatu, who joined Solo Sikoa’s group after his WWE debut, showcased his dominance in a confrontation with LA Knight on the latest episode.
“When that camera is on him, he is in character all the time,” Mantell said on his show. “Not only is he relentless, he looks the part. If you see this guy coming down the street at you at night, I think everybody would cross the street than go by him.”
Bronson Reed suffers injury at Survivor Series
In other news, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi addressed Bronson Reed’s injury sustained during the WarGames match at Survivor Series. Reed was hurt after attempting a Tsunami from the top of the cage targeting Roman Reigns.
“The show goes on,” Rikishi said on the Off The Top podcast. “If it’s the type of injury they’re talking about, it could require reconstruction of the ankle. They’ve got to put everything back together—all the tendons—so it’s a tough situation.”
The match also resulted in an injury to Jimmy Uso, though reports indicate his condition is less severe than Reed’s.
