During a recent Live Q&A on Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes reported that WWE has discussed a possible match between AJ Styles and Finn Balor at WrestleMania 41. Both competitors share a connection through their history in The Bullet Club but have never faced each other at WrestleMania.
Balor has achieved significant success in WWE, capturing 11 championships including the Universal, Intercontinental, United States, Tag Team, and NXT titles. The potential match would mark a first-time WrestleMania encounter between these accomplished competitors.
Currently, AJ Styles remains involved in a developing situation with Bron Breakker. Reports suggest WWE could shift direction, with Breakker potentially entering a multi-person match for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania.
This change would allow for the singles match between Styles and Balor to materialize.
